Fill your profile

Fill your profile with such info as age, gender, country, description etc. As well add you avatar image.

Make profile verification

To increase trust to your profile you can verify it. For that you need upload you selfie with generated code and provide at least one link to your social network.

Configure payouts

To get paid by generated payouts you need to configure payout method.

Create Pay per Amount & Pay per Reply service

Create custom content, requested by your customer. You can select two monetization models:

  • Pay per Amount - specify price for content "amount unit", i.e. price per video/audio minute, price per image and price per text symbol.
  • Pay per Reply - specify price just for reply in each media format, i.e. video, audio, image, text.
Create Pay per Ready service

Pay per Ready service type means that you upload prepared media materials and define price for it.

Create Donation service

Define donation price units, i.e. $5, $10, $50 etc., or/and allow to donate any amount. In addition, you can attach any media materials as a bonus for sponsor.

Get notifications

You will get notifications about new request, and it's status change to your account email.

In addition you can observe all your notifications in the cabinet.

View request list

You can view, filter and sort all your requests in request list page.

Accept request and payment

After your customer has made and paid for the request, you can accept or decline the request.

To accept request you need to specify:

  • Time of request execution, i.e. when request will be ready.
    Deadline - specified time by you plus 12 hours. For example, you have specified 1 hour, so deadline will be 13 hours. If deadline occurred - request will be automatically canceled and refunded.
  • Video/Audio duration and/or images amount in case if customer have not specified this parameters.
  • Reply - your reply to customer, for example - "Thank you for the request, I will fulfill it with pleasure".
Decline request and refund

If you are not ready to fulfill the request, you have option to decline it. In this case request will be canceled and refunded.

Cancel request and refund
If you have accepted a request, but for some reason you cannot fulfill it, you can cancel the request with automatic refund and message to customer.
Set request expiration

To accept request you need to specify time of request execution, i.e. when request will be ready.

Request deadline and refund

Deadline - specified execution time by you plus 12 hours. For example, you have specified 1 hour, so deadline will be 13 hours. If deadline occurred - request will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Request media uploading

To complete request you can upload any type of media, i.e. video, audio, image and text.


Uploading requirements:

Max. size of whole visual content per request is 1GB and 5GB for PRO creators.
1000 symbols for text.
  • Video types: .mp4, .mov
  • Audio types: .mp3, .wav
  • Image types: .jpeg (jpg), .png
Complete request

To complete request you need to upload media requested by you customer.

Chatting

Within any request you can chat with your customer to discuss request details.

Single message has 500 chars limit and total messages amount by your side is 1000 - use chat wisely.
Get request review

After the completion of the request, customer can set like or dislike and left review.

Dashboard and statistics

Dashboard is a main page of your cabinet. Here you can see some statistics and las notices.

Statistics includes following parameters:

  • New requests - amount of new requests, required to accept or decline.
  • Active requests - amount of accept requests and currently executed.
  • Completed requests - amount of completed requests.
  • Income, total - total income since you registration.
  • To payout - how much platform must pay out to you.
  • Paid out - how much is paid out to you by platform.
Payouts

To get payouts you need to select payout method. We make payouts every two weeks. All your payouts you can observe in "payouts" page inside the cabinet.

Private & Public License
Within this platform, your content can be distributed under two licenses:
  • Private License - customer does not have the right to use the received content for commercial purposes, or post it for public viewing.
  • Public License - The opposite of Private License. Customer has the right to use the received content for commercial purposes, modify it, or post it for public viewing.
    Content cannot be used to cause moral or physical harm to the creator. The creator reserves the right to request the removal of content from the public space and return part or all of the payment.

By default, Private License is applied for your content. For each video we add 5-second video intro to notify customer about this license rules. Additionally, you can add any sort of watermarking by yourself.

In PRO plan subscription you can add paid or free option for Public License selecting, when customer make a request. For this type of license we don't add video intro, and usually content under this license is delivered without watermark.
