We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use Services on your devices and / or access or use any content that may be available through our Services.

As a Member, you can get refund only in following cases:

• Order is declined by Creator - during 1 day automatically.
• Order is canceled by Creator - during 1 day automatically.
• Order execution is expired - during 1 day automatically.
• In result of rules violation by Creator - during 7 working days.

You take responsibility for providing incorrect data, as a result, our services cannot be performed properly.

Materials received from the Creator in electronic form, such as videos, photos, audio etc., can be used under two type of license:

• Private License (default) - customer does not have the right to use the received content for commercial purposes, or post it for public viewing.
  
  
• Public License - The opposite of Private License. Customer has the right to use the received content for commercial purposes, modify it, or post it for public viewing. Content cannot be used to cause moral or physical harm to the creator. The creator reserves the right to request the removal of content from the public space and make return part or all of the payment.

You, as a Creator, are strongly prohibited to upload materials with following content:

• Any content, that does not fit law of your residence.
• Scam content - content that does not fit your service or Member's request description.
• Content on which you don't have ownership or copyright.
• Illegal pornography.

The platform are not responsible and not control content received from the Creator. You, as a Member, responsible for decision to trust the Creator, and you are aware that content may not satisfy your expectations. If you think, that content looks as a scam or breaks terms of use, please send a complaint.

We are not responsible for your interaction with the Creator outside of the platform. We give guarantees only for those deals that are carried out within the framework of the platform.

You agree that our service provides only the services of the Internet market (marketplace). We take care of the quality of these services to the best of our ability, however, we are not responsible for what we cannot fully control, for example, the activities of market participants - their services, payment systems, and other elements not under our control.
